For events located within our Extended service area, a standard $200 Regional Setup & Delivery Fee is applies.
For Events Outside of our Extended Service Area
NXT Level AV LLC regularly supports events throughout New York and Nationally.
Events located outside of our extended service area require additional planning, lodging, extended travel, and logistics and are quoted individually.
For these events, we ask that you contact us directly for a custom quote so we can plan logistics, staffing, and on-site support appropriately. All travel and deployment considerations are discussed clearly in advance and included upfront in your proposal.

Joe Andolino is the owner of NXT Level AV LLC and an experienced Audio Visual professional specializing in hotel, corporate, conference, convention, and trade show environments.
Joe has supported events nationally, including conventions, conferences, and trade shows in locations such as Tempe, Arizona, Florida, Washington, DC, and Colorado. His background includes working with both regional and national AV companies, giving him a broad understanding of how events operate at every scale — from single-room meetings to large, multi-day productions.
In addition to his national experience, Joe has owned and operated businesses previously, shaping a practical, operations-driven approach to AV service. He remains hands-on throughout planning and execution, focusing on preparation, adaptability, and attention to detail rather than rigid or one-size-fits-all setups.
Joe is known for building flexible, technician-led AV systems that support real-world event conditions, including room reconfigurations, hybrid meetings, tight setup windows, and evolving presenter needs.
